Eligibility
Positions are open to current Northwestern undergraduate students and incoming freshmen*.
With the exception of those with relevant experience for a handful of skilled positions (including those in the Technical Services department), applicants must have been granted an allotment from the Work-Study Program as part of their financial aid package from Northwestern. Applicants without work-study will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

*NOTE: Many of our upper-level positions require three academic quarters of high-level service as a Concerts@Bienen employee in order to apply. Freshmen are encouraged to apply for positions as Customer Service Representatives, House Staff (Ushers), Technical Staff (Stage Techs), Marketing Assistants, and Photographers.
Application Process
We make most of our hires each September during the week of Wildcat Welcome, but we do accept applications throughout the summer. Occasionally positions also become available during the academic year.
