Private and Community Events

NOTE: The Bienen School's Musician Referral Program is currently on pause for private events and weddings. At this time, our staff cannot provide musician recommendations to individuals or community members. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Northwestern-Sponsored Events

If you represent a Northwestern department or office and need musicians for your event, please email hire-musician@northwestern.edu. Our staff will review these requests and, if possible, respond with a list of appropriate musicians and their contact information. You will contact the musicians, negotiate a fee, and make the necessary arrangements. Bienen staff have no involvement in contracts between departments and the musicians. The Musician Referral Service is intended for paid events only.
